We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our shopping centre Hub in Clemton Park. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional management services and ensuring seamless experiences for tenants, property managers, strata managers, and contractors.

Job Description

As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and implementing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programs.
  • Conducting regular building inspections, including common areas and plant rooms.
  • Assisting with capital and operating expenditure budgeting and forecasting.
  • Maintaining an accurate plant and equipment asset register and ensuring compliance.
  • Monitoring contractor works to ensure high-quality completion with minimal disruption.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, property managers, strata managers, and contractors.
  • Assisting with financial management, including managing budgets, procurement, workorder, coding and invoicing.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in facilities management or a related field preferred but not essential.
  • Strong technical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
