Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Trainer Coach to join our team in Mackay.

This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your coaching skills and contribute to the success of our transportation services across Australia.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be capable of working independently while creating strong working relationships with our depot supervisors and operational employees.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the National Trainer Team
  • Develop strong working relationships with our Mackay depot employees and supervisors
  • Deliver onboarding and training for new employees
  • Provide guidance and learning to current employees
  • Conduct assessments for recruitment candidates
  • Maintain employee training compliance
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Cert IV in Training and Assessing or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience delivering classroom training and in-field engagement
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise responsibilities, and maintain efficient workflows
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
