About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Year 10 student to join our team as a School-based Trainee in Irrigation at the Reece Group. As a School-based Trainee, you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations while gaining hands-on experience in a real-world business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Embracing the company values, policies, and procedures
- Providing excellent customer service
- Completing all requirements of the certificate, including workbooks and on-the-job training and assessments
- Processing sales and managing stock
- Answering phone calls and taking messages and orders
- Communicating with customers and staff
- Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
- Contributing to maintaining a high standard of the branch
About You:
We are looking for a candidate with good written and verbal communication skills, the ability to follow instructions, enthusiasm, and a great attitude. You should be a team player, willing to give new things a go, and maintain a neat and tidy workplace. You will be required to work the equivalent of one and a half days per week, with additional hours available during school holidays.
