Job Title: Cybersecurity Strategist

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Cybersecurity Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and implementation of comprehensive security strategies that protect our digital assets.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of hands-on experience in Information Security Engineering, with expertise in cryptography, security monitoring, incident response, network security, and IAM. They should be proficient in secure coding practices with Java and Python, including embedding security controls directly into application code.

A solid understanding of banking systems, operations, and compliance with relevant external regulations and standards is also required. The successful candidate will have a proven record of implementing and operationalizing security policies, procedures, and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead security integration across the organization by translating security requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Collaborate with security teams to identify, assess, and mitigate IT-related risks.
  • Enhance security efficiency by identifying gaps against global standards and implementing improvements.
  • Promote a security-first culture by mentoring teams on IT security practices and increasing awareness of DevSecOps models.
  • Provide expert security consultancy across all levels of business and IT.
