We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Out of Home Care team. The successful candidate will provide clinical services to young people and their families, working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality mental health services.
The role involves complex case management, assessment, counselling and therapy, as well as collaboration with other healthcare professionals to develop new youth mental health services in Tasmania.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Registered Nurse qualification and specialist mental health/psychiatric nursing qualification or equivalent pathway prior to hospital education transfer.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Postgraduate experience in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).
This is a permanent full-time day worker position, commencing as soon as possible. A relocation package and visa support may be available for successful applicants.
