We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservations Agent to join our team at The Ville Resort-Casino. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through efficient and attentive service.
Key Responsibilities- Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests by going the extra mile
- Handle enquiries and bookings in a timely and professional manner
- Work effectively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Previous experience in reservations or a related field
- Strong computer literacy and experience with property management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
