Position Overview

We seek a General or Plastic Surgeon for a 12-month clinical and research Fellowship in Melanoma and Surgical Oncology.

This is a clinical and research-based program, commencing annually, suitable for surgeons interested in developing their skills in the field.

The program involves substantial clinical work in dedicated outpatient clinics, operating sessions, and weekly multidisciplinary meetings.

We have access to our internationally respected Melanoma Research Database.

Candidates from Australia and overseas are welcome to apply.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Participating in daily clinic activities, including patient consultations and surgical procedures
  • Contributing to treatment plans and protocols
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • FRACS or equivalent qualification
  • Current medical registration/licensing
  • Medical indemnity
  • Three professional referees
