About the Role

As a senior retail leader, you will work closely with the store manager to lead daily operations, mentor your team and ensure every customer enjoys a memorable experience.

  • Lead & Support: Motivate your team, assist with onboarding and training, and create a workplace where people feel empowered and valued.
  • Customer-First Focus: Support customers by providing expert advice, demonstrating product features, and creating welcoming interactions.
  • Back-of-House Management: Oversee stock levels, assist with inventory management, loss prevention, and collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Promote a Safe Workplace: Champion OH&S standards and support a safe environment for both the team and customers.

What you bring to the team:

  • 2–3 years of retail leadership experience (big box preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • A passion for mentoring and developing others
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to service
Key Responsibilities

Leading daily store operations, mentoring the team and ensuring excellent customer service.
