About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Store Manager. As the captain of your crew, you'll inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales goals and maintaining a fresh store atmosphere.

This is a part-time role of 30 hours per week with availability needed for weekends and public holidays.

A Day in the Life

  • Lead your team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Train, coach, and develop your crew to unlock their full potential.
  • Take charge of stock management, minimizing loss while maximizing sales.
  • Keep the store looking sharp with visual merchandising strategies and promo updates.
  • Create a safe and fun work environment for your team and customers.
  • Manage your team's roster and ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
