We are looking for an individual who possesses:

• A deep understanding of court processes, jurisdiction, and legal etiquette.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and legal procedures related to public transport.
• Experience in compiling prosecution briefs and managing legal documentation.
• The ability to confidently represent our organization in Magistrates and Children's Courts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
• The ability to maintain professionalism and composure when working with difficult customers.
• Availability to meet special requirements, including medical examinations and integrity checks.
