About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Communications Manager to join our team in the USA/Northern market. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the coordination of digital marketing campaigns, including cross-channel, search engine marketing, search engine optimization, and email marketing. You will also oversee the social strategy for the USA/Northern market.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team in the coordination of digital marketing campaigns
- Develop and implement social media strategies
- Work closely with the Ecommerce team and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative digital solutions
- Manage day-to-day operations and relationships with producers and web developers
- Lead the digital marketing and social team to success
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and/or social media marketing
- Strong ability to use content management systems and email marketing platforms
- Experience in leading a team and building collaborative working relationships
- Able to plan, organize, schedule, and project manage in an efficient way
- The ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders
- Proven high level of commercial negotiation skills
- Demonstrable analytical problem-solving and research skills
- Strong budgeting and forecasting skills
