We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse for our Mornington Home to work Permanent Part-time shifts on Weekends.
About your role:
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work at the frontline, assisting our residents with their daily needs and supporting positive outcomes. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring our residents' well-being and delivery of care is to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate professional care practices according to individual care plans and documented policies and procedures.
- Administer medication safely.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Adhere to national standards and legal requirements.
- Engage with residents on a daily basis.
About you:
- Experience and best practice from previous Nursing roles within Australia (Aged Care environment highly desired).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously.
- Proactive approach to your work.
- A genuine interest in elderly care and the desire to improve the lives of our residents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and supervise others, as well as to engage with our residents.
- Knowledge of computerised nursing care plans.
- Ability to work a mix of varying shifts.
Essential Requirements:
- NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance (or willing to obtain).
- Proof of Work rights in Australia.
- Current AHPRA Nursing Regulation.
- Proof of COVID Vaccination certificate (2 doses + booster dose).
- Proof of Flu vaccination (current year).
