Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to deliver in-home support services to our aged care customers, helping them live independently and remain within their own homes.
Your Role:
- Deliver personal care, including hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, mealtime assistance, and medication prompting.
- Provide help at home, such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and assisted dressing.
- Transport clients to appointments, shopping, and social outings.
- Engage in client awareness activities, such as social interaction, observations, and ongoing training and support.
Requirements:
- Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle.
- Fully vaccinated minimum 2 doses for Covid-19.
- Flexibility to work rosters between 7am to 7pm, Monday to Sunday.
- A minimum 12 months experience in delivering Personal Care or Certificate III in Individual Support.
