Chief Coffee Connoisseur

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Coffee Supervisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about coffee and have a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of baristas to consistently deliver high-quality beverages. They will also have a deep understanding of coffee preparation methods and be able to provide expert guidance to junior staff members.

This role involves overseeing the daily operations of our coffee bar, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and that the cafe remains clean and tidy at all times. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records of sales and stock levels.

• Lead and manage a team of baristas to achieve high standards of customer service and quality
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of coffee preparation methods and ensure that all drinks are made to a high standard
• Oversee the daily operations of the coffee bar, including inventory management and equipment maintenance
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior staff members to help them develop their skills and confidence

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer-facing role
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
