Senior Service Ambassador

As a Senior Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for leading the Guest Relations team to deliver exceptional, personalized service to our guests from arrival to departure.
The role involves handling VIP guest communications and experiences, resolving issues promptly, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Mentor team members, manage rosters, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and support community and sustainability initiatives.
- Stay informed about local offerings to provide tailored recommendations to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Guest Relations team to achieve outstanding service results.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve guest complaints and issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
- Monitor and control budgets to achieve financial targets.
Requirements:
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Experience in guest relations within a luxury hotel environment, strong problem-solving capabilities, and fluency in English.
- Proficiency with hotel systems and flexibility to work varied shifts.
- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related field is highly desirable.
