Senior Test Automation Specialist

Job Description:

This position is seeking a skilled Senior Test Automation Specialist to lead testing and verification of technical and functional requirements for mining automation projects. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining test artefacts, collaborating with development teams, identifying system faults, designing and executing manual and automated test cases, evaluating test outcomes, and contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years' experience in Software Testing or QA role, preferably in technical environments.
  • Strong background in client-side testing, microservice architectures, and hosted platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with test and defect management tools.
  • Test automation framework experience is highly regarded.
  • Sound understanding of modern development methodologies and quality-focused team practices.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, proficiency in Windows and Linux/Unix operating systems, experience with version control systems, and high attention to detail.
