Sydney Asset Management Permanent
The Operations and Client Service Manager is the single point of contact for all client-related requests. The successful candidate will have responsibility for providing operational support services for clients in Alternative Unlisted assets.
Ideal experience includes over 5+ years' experience in an operational role, ideally Registry for unlisted assets within Asset Management, with some client-facing experience or a strong desire to move into a customer-facing role.
Role Responsibilities:
- Be the point of contact for all client-related requests for identified groups of clients.
- Understand requirements under each client contract and ensure all obligations and deadlines are met on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Host quarterly governance meetings to review performance against SLA's and other contractual requirements.
- Identify ways to improve process efficiencies between the client & internal teams and systems including ways for the client to self-service.
- Proactively manage the day-to-day running of the client's account from an operational perspective.
- Develop a calendar of events for all clients and ensure both operations team and tech teams can deliver within SLA's.
- Assist in administering all aspects of the platform via online administration tools.
- Help reconcile bank accounts, prepare regulatory filings, and help prepare trust accounts as required.
An ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Over 3+ years in a customer success, account management, or similar role, ideally within Asset Management.
- Over 3+ years' experience in an operational role, ideally Registry for unlisted assets within Asset Management, with a strong desire to move into a customer-facing role.
- Demonstrated confidence and ability to build relationships across all levels of management.
- Organisational skills to enable the development and implementation of plans to ensure all client commitments are met and projects are delivered on schedule.
- An ability to work autonomously with high levels of self-motivation.
- Show a history of building collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Be able to handle shifting client priorities and deal with client feedback.
- Have a great attitude and be a team player.
This is a full-time role reporting to the Head of Operations.
The salary range for this position is between $110,000-$130,000 + superannuation and bonus, dependent on relevant experience.
