Full-Time Boatyard Labourer

This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced marine service environment, with training provided to build skills in boatyard operations and waterfront activities.

The Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general labouring duties around the boatyard.
  • Operate forklifts and pressure wash boats.
  • Assist with lifting and standing vessels (training provided).
  • Conduct cleaning tasks and pick up parts as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and customers.
  • Support trades with repairs, maintenance, and vessel operations.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Hold a current driver's licence and forklift licence.
  • Be reliable, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Previous experience in a boatyard or working with heavy equipment is desirable.

Benefits:
  • A permanent full-time position with 38 hours per week.
  • Work hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm.
  • Free parking and staff meals on shift (Wednesday to Friday).
