About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced individual to manage the compliance of our product range, which includes RF and electrical safety, environmental, mechanical, and EMC/EMI standards. As a Compliance Engineer at EM Solutions Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for direct interactions with the Commonwealth of Australia. Therefore, applicants must be Australian citizens.

The successful candidate will have experience using RF test instruments and other EMC lab equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators, oscilloscopes, and antennas. They will also possess a degree in an engineering discipline, preferably Electrical or Electronics, and minimum 2 years' experience in compliance testing and documentation.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience using RF test instruments and other EMC lab equipment
  • Knowledge of commercial and EMC/EMI standards such as MIL-STD-461G
  • A good understanding of electronic circuits, especially EMI minimization techniques
