Electrical Site Coordinator

The ideal candidate will work alongside the Electrical Supervisor to coordinate and oversee daily activities of the electrical team. This position involves a FIFO 8:6 roster from Perth.
About the Position:
- Coordinating tasks and supervising electrical tradespersons in maintenance operations
- Allocating resources for breakdowns and ensuring seamless maintenance coverage
- Maintaining a safe working environment by inspecting the workplace regularly and promoting best practices
- Resolving on-site work issues and providing guidance to team members
- Ensuring adherence to established work procedures
- Providing relief to team members as needed
- Securing necessary materials, including safety equipment, for team use
- Escalating unresolved matters to the supervisor
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a fixed plant mining environment
- Current WA electrical license and trade certification
- Strong knowledge of WHS Legislation
- Experience in management, health and safety, and human resources
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
- Familiarity with S26 exposure requirements and ability to obtain certification
- Valid manual driver's license
