About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team in Rockhampton. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and building long-lasting relationships with our clients.
">Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service experience, preferably from the banking industry, and a strong passion for delivering exceptional results. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively work with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
">As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will work closely with the Branch Manager to develop customer relationships through regular contact, proactive lead management, and coaching of Customer Service Officers. You will also identify opportunities for referrals and execute customer loan maintenance needs.
">The role requires a 'can do' approach to all aspects of your work, with a willingness to go above and beyond for your customers and colleagues. You will be a passionate, high-performing operator who consistently delivers an outstanding customer experience.

">We are looking for someone with excellent customer service experience, preferably from the banking industry, exposure to consumer lending would be advantageous, a drive to build long-lasting relationships and positive customer experiences, a contributor to a collaborative team environment, a willingness to go above and beyond for customers and colleagues, driven to take a personalised approach with every customer interaction, a 'can do' approach to all aspects of your role, ability to learn and confidently use technical financial systems, and excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.

">Around $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
