We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our care home and team to achieve its care, safety, financial, operational, customer, and people objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a customer-centric culture in a high-performing business, focused on enhancing customer engagement, experience, and acting on customer feedback.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive commercial outcomes and improve care quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and solve business problems, leveraging key business insights to develop and execute effective interventions.
  • Ensure a person-first approach is taken at the care home to support residents and their families, enabling and respecting residents to make informed decisions about their care.
  • Embed Aged Care Standards within the Home and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading a customer-centric culture in a B2C business, with a strong track record of driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Leadership roles in highly regulated sectors, with a solid understanding of budgets, resource management, and key levers for profitability.
  • Ability to actively learn through experimentation, pivot, and apply experience to new roles and industry.
  • Experience leading others through high-pressure situations or adversity, with a strong focus on maintaining service delivery and customer satisfaction.
