Job Overview

As a key player in the Australian dairy industry, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Partner to join our team. This role involves coaching employees to transition from previous document management processes to more streamlined processes within Microsoft 365.

Our ideal candidate will have proven experience designing and delivering training within a business setting, as well as being able to coach on a one-on-one basis. They will be familiar with working in a business partner model and effectively managing business expectations.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach employees on the adoption and usage of Microsoft 365
  • Design and deliver training sessions to ensure effective adoption of new processes
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to employees who require additional support
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
