Occupational Therapy Education Opportunities

We are seeking sessional Teaching Associates to work with our team of Practice Educators.

This role offers the chance to teach and mentor occupational therapy students in various fieldwork settings, including aged care facilities, kindergartens, primary schools, physical and vocational rehabilitation, telehealth practice, National Disability Insurance Scheme service providers, and community mental health programs.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and implement curricula aligned with our standards, ensuring high-quality educational experiences for occupational therapy students.

In addition to teaching responsibilities, you will be expected to mentor students in clinical placements, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge in a supportive environment.

To be considered for this role, you should have a strong background in occupational therapy, with a minimum of two years' professional practice experience. Prior experience of providing occupational therapy placement-based education is highly desirable.
