Job Description

The Asset Data Officer will play a pivotal role in supporting asset management across our facilities. This position involves collecting and validating data on building spaces, infrastructure, plant, and equipment to ensure accuracy in location, condition, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture and validate data from various sources, ensuring data integrity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work with spatial data, floor plans, and existing datasets to support proactive maintenance planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A high level of conceptual and analytical skills is required for this position.
  • Demonstrated experience in infrastructure, plant, and equipment management is essential.
  • Proven technical experience in AutoCAD and TRIRIGA or equivalent integrated Computerised Maintenance Management System is necessary.
  • Ability to capture, interrogate, and report on large fields of data is a key requirement.
