We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Administrator to join our Civil & Infrastructure Customer Stream.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide procurement, contract management and project administration support to the project.

This includes managing contracts, administering projects, preparing and issuing variations, notices of delays, extension of time and progress claims.

  • Contract management including head contract review, departures and negotiation;
  • Lead the performance of contract administration activities including preparing and issuing variations, notices of delays, extension of time and progress claims;
  • Assist Project Teams in undertaking negotiations with Subcontractors and Suppliers with respect to the contract, subcontract packages and variations;
  • Review and analyse subcontractor recommendations and requests in line with project procurement registers prior to forming and executing agreements;
  • Accountable in maintaining and utilising project controls including daily diaries; project cost tracking; project reporting; procurement registers; variation registers; and payment claims and payment schedules;
  • Manage project financials including raising purchase orders, goods receipting and completing end of month processes.
