We're seeking a seasoned project management expert to drive multiple creative projects from concept to delivery. These projects will span film, content, print, digital, and social media platforms, with the goal of delivering exceptional creative outcomes.
As our ideal candidate, you'll collaborate closely with internal and agency partners to support strategic, creative, and production goals. Your key responsibilities will include managing projects, maintaining a comprehensive project view, developing detailed schedules, and ensuring timely delivery.
To succeed in this role, you'll need strong project management skills, excellent time management abilities, and the capacity to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities. You'll also require experience in cross-functional delivery of creative initiatives and knowledge of asset production processes across various mediums.
We're looking for an individual who can lead by example, foster a culture of innovation, and drive business growth through effective project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive multiple creative projects from concept to delivery, spanning film, content, print, digital, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate closely with internal and agency partners to support strategic, creative, and production goals.
- Maintain a comprehensive project view, develop detailed schedules, and ensure timely delivery.
- Foster a culture of innovation, driving business growth through effective project management.
- 8+ years of integrated project management experience within a creative agency, in-house agency, or production company.
- Strong knowledge in asset production processes across film, social, photography, CG, print, and digital.
- Experience in the cross-functional delivery of creative initiatives.
- Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
