As a leader in employment services, we are seeking an experienced professional to provide workplace support to customers with disabilities.
This role involves working closely with employers to find flexible and innovative solutions that cater to the unique needs of our customers.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with customers and employers, and have a strong ability to problem-solve and think critically.
Key responsibilities include providing ongoing support to customers and employers, enhancing long-term and sustainable employment opportunities, and facilitating training and development programs.
Requirements- People-oriented approach
- Strong customer service background
- Ability to build trust and rapport
- Disability or DES experience advantageous
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Autonomy and self-motivation
- Awareness of vulnerabilities to employment
