Job Description

We are seeking a sales assistant to join our team during the festive season. As a Christmas Casual Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling jewellery and watches to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide genuine and meaningful customer experiences
  • Be results-oriented and enjoy selling
  • Work productively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Assist with replenishing and merchandising stock

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Offering professional and personalized service to find the ideal item based on customer wants and desires
  • Completing in-house training and eLearning modules to gain product knowledge and sales skills
  • Carrying out operational tasks including stock replenishment and merchandising
