About the role:
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future retail leadership roles across our national store network.
- Be a true brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional and personalised candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes: advertising, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
- Use your market knowledge to identify and attract the best retail talent.
- Identify and escalate any Talent Acquisition issues or opportunities to the Talent Acquisition Manager and Specialist.
About you:
- Experience within a retail leadership position or similar working background.
- Recruitment or HR administration experience, preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent prioritisation and ability to manage a high-volume workload.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Professional approach when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
