About the role:

  • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future retail leadership roles across our national store network.
  • Be a true brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional and personalised candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes: advertising, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
  • Use your market knowledge to identify and attract the best retail talent.
  • Identify and escalate any Talent Acquisition issues or opportunities to the Talent Acquisition Manager and Specialist.

About you:

  • Experience within a retail leadership position or similar working background.
  • Recruitment or HR administration experience, preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent prioritisation and ability to manage a high-volume workload.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Professional approach when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
