We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our team in Melbourne, playing a pivotal role in shaping our construction practice in Victoria. As a key member of our national Construction practice, you will work on some of the country's most significant infrastructure and energy projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in major energy and infrastructure construction, including PPP or government-led projects. They will be responsible for managing key client relationships in Victoria and acting as the primary local advisor on front-end matters.
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone ready to take on a leadership role with a clear path to Partnership. You will work alongside a highly respected Special Counsel with deep expertise in major construction disputes and be supported by a team of Associates working across both front-end and back-end matters.
Main Responsibilities- Manage key client relationships in Victoria, developing and maintaining strong partnerships.
- Act as the primary local advisor on front-end matters, providing expert guidance and support to clients.
- Play a leading role in shaping our construction practice in Victoria, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
You will also be expected to work closely with Partners in Sydney and Brisbane, who actively engage with the Melbourne market and provide ongoing support and guidance. This is a unique opportunity to step up and lead locally while being part of a well-resourced national team.
