We are seeking passionate and nurturing swim instructors to join our team at a reputable swim school in Geelong West.

About the Role:

As a swim teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons based on a structured curriculum for children of all ages and skill levels. You will teach small group lessons with a maximum of 3-6 students per class, focusing on water familiarisation, breath control, stroke development and more.

  • Deliver lessons according to structured plans provided
  • Encourage participation through songs and interactive activities
  • Track and support each child's progress
  • Maintain a safe and positive environment at all times
What We're Looking For:

We are looking for friendly and energetic individuals who are strong swimmers and comfortable teaching all age groups from babies to early school-age children. You should be reliable, punctual and a great communicator, with a willingness to work on weekends or after school.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have one of the following certifications: AUSTSWIM or Swim Australia Teacher Certification, and a current CPR Certificate (First Aid and WWCC preferred).
