Role Opportunity
Seeking an experienced engineer with a background in SMP and E&I to join our team as a brownfield project specialist. The 6-month contract is for projects predominantly at the execution and commissioning phase.
This role will be DIDO from Perth, where you will report to the Project Manager and oversee the project lifecycle.
We are looking for mid-level to senior-level candidates who have experience within mineral processing fixed plant projects and possess strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, etc.
You will also have strong relationship-building and communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
The duties of this role include supporting cost and schedule tracking, running weekly project meetings and managing TQs, design changes, and action tracking, assisting in developing the commissioning plan with Design Engineers and Contractors, liaising between Design Engineers and NBG Supervisors, overseeing Factory and Site Acceptance Testing for SMP and E&I scopes, managing MDRs, as-builts, and test documentation, and assisting with handover, close-out, and support other project closures.

About the Job
As a brownfield project specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on-site and client-side, utilizing your expertise in project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, etc. You will work closely with the project team to ensure successful project delivery and provide excellent customer service.
