We are seeking a tyre specialist to join our team in providing exceptional customer service experience for B2C and B2B customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers through their journey, maintaining day-to-day operations within the tyres business, and developing relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the day-to-day operations within the tyres business
  • Assisting customers through their journey and supporting them with their needs
  • Developing relationships with stakeholders to deliver a great customer service experience
  • Managing enquiries through to resolution
  • Advising clients on tyres products and services

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours
  • Ability to problem solve and critically think in order to resolve and investigate complex client enquiries and issues
  • Strong customer service skills, with highly effective verbal and written communication
  • The ability to multitask, prioritise your workload and adapt quickly to change
