We seek a skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care team. As a key member, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older individuals.
Your Key Responsibilities- Assess and deliver high-quality nursing care through effective care planning and hands-on support.
- Act as a role model and mentor, inspiring and coaching care staff to grow and provide compassionate service.
- Enhance residents' quality of life and sense of belonging by creating meaningful experiences.
- Coordinate and maintain quality systems, championing continuous improvement in all aspects of care.
- Lead with empathy and clarity, delegating tasks appropriately and supporting your team to thrive.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with residents and their families, always centring their dignity, rights and wellbeing.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A tertiary qualification in Nursing (or equivalent).
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
Previous experience in residential aged care is desirable, as well as the ability to lead colleagues and build effective relationships with residents and their families. Proficiency in clinical documentation is also essential.
