Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and capable leader to join our team as a Warehouse Logistics Supervisor, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production responsibilities of our Logistic operations. The successful candidate will be based at our primary processing site in Cannon Hill and will be responsible for the control of all inwards Raw Material and outwards Finished Product from our on-site production facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations
- Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a logistics or operations management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
