We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal part in driving the growth of our organization by identifying and attracting top talent.

Key responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Leaders to streamline the interview scheduling process.
- Communicate interview details, travel, and accommodations to candidates and third-party search partners.

Key skills and attributes required for the role:

- At least 1 year of experience in a corporate HR setting, preferably in a support capacity.
- A passion for working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that values innovation and collaboration.
- Ability to anticipate challenges, drive continuous improvement, and demonstrate a sense of urgency.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service as a trusted advisor to the business
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and facilitating effective communication.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel, with PowerPoint skills being a plus.
- Pride in your work, with a genuine enthusiasm for recruitment and a desire to make a meaningful impact on the company's success.
