Job Title: Healthcare Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coaching, leading & developing a high-performing team in a positive environment for both staff and patients.
  • Assist with overall financial performance of the facility.
  • Maintain sterilisation, infection control standards and stock control.
  • Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients, answering all phone enquiries, making & confirming appointments; checking, processing & managing customer accounts.
  • General administration including processing payments using EFTPOS & HiCaps.
  • Proactively marketing your facility to drive patient numbers.
  • Effectively manage the recruitment & selection for all facility staff.
Requirements:
  • Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday.
  • Previous medical experience desirable but we also welcome applications from successful managers from other industries.
  • Prior business and people management experience essential.
  • Proven track record of strong organisational skills, administrative and time management.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service skills and strong business acumen.
  • Able to face into difficult conversations & deal promptly with issues when they arise.
  • Comfortable conversing with people from all walks of life, including doctors, patients, and your team.
  • Experienced in comprehending and managing the P&L for the facility.
