Site Maintenance Specialist Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Maintenance Specialist to join our team at the Carole Park Plant.

The Opportunity
  • Assist with maintenance and housekeeping standards, including operating sweepers and scrubbers to ensure hardstands, pathways, and floor line markings are clean and visible across the plant.
  • Maintain high standards in safety, quality, and machine efficiency within our manufacturing plants.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct pre-start exercises prior to work commencing each day.
  • Attend morning meetings to discuss daily operations and site safety initiatives.
  • Participate in site safety initiatives to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Perform sweeper pre-start checklists daily to ensure equipment is safe and operational.
  • Clear debris such as broken timbers and fibre cement sheet from floor to maintain clean and safe areas.
  • Operate and perform basic maintenance on site sweepers and wet scrubbers.
  • Hold a valid Driver's License.
  • Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management.
  • Utilize excellent attention to detail with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Perform manual laboring around the plant as required.
  • Hold a valid Forklift license, preferred but not essential.
  • Manual handling of up to 20kgs.
  • Be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
