Job Title: Service Delivery Strategist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Perth, Australia as a key member of our organization.

  • Develop a deep understanding of multi-vendor ICT operating models and contemporary service delivery frameworks.
  • Lead a team of technical, commercial, and service delivery specialists to deliver assigned outcomes.
  • Develop documentation on current state and future state requirements and other relevant documents as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to the development of our Service Delivery approach.
  2. Lead a team of specialists to deliver assigned outcomes.
  3. Develop high-quality documentation for various stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in implementing Government ICT outsourcing arrangements.
  • Proven experience in implementing SIAM services across large-scale ICT delivery environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and documentation skills.
