We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Centre Director to lead our team of Early Childhood Professionals.
As a Centre Director, you will be at the heart of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre.
You will build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice.
- Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.
- Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business.
About this role:
Lead and guide in an exceeding 38-place centre where children from the ages 12 months to 6 years old attend.
At our centre, learning environments emphasise inquiry-based learning.
Outdoor areas feature natural play spaces, encouraging children to engage with and nurture the natural environment.
This position is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality learning experiences and fostering trusting relationships with children, families, and the local community.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
- Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services.
- Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
- Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
