Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Litigation Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our commercial litigation team, you will work on a range of business disputes in all Courts, including the Supreme Court, Federal Court and Court of Appeal.

You will assist on large and complex commercial matters and also run your own files autonomously. With genuine career support, promotional opportunities and broad exposure to commercial litigation files, you will be an integral part of our team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • At least 3-4 years post-admission experience in Australia in Commercial Litigation or general disputes
  • The ability to navigate the rules of Civil Procedure and familiarity with the Australian Court system
  • A passion for rolling up your sleeves, managing files and communicating directly with clients
