We are seeking a seasoned retail leader to spearhead our store operations.

  • As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring seamless store operations, and fostering an exceptional customer experience.

Key objectives include:

  1. Driving sales targets through effective merchandising, inventory management, and employee engagement.
  2. Developing and training your team members to excel in their roles.
  3. Managing stock levels, minimizing losses, and maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.
  4. Working closely with your team on register operations, shelf replenishment, and special buys.
  5. Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to drive business success.
  6. Conducting interviews for potential new team members to support the Area Manager in selecting top talent.
