Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and providing an optimal customer experience.
  • Model our service standards to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Represent the adidas brand and values, executing Visual Merchandising standards and shop floor replenishment.
  • Train team members to fine-tune service skills and foundational and seasonal brand knowledge.
  • Coordinate team members to ensure efficient inventory processing procedures.

About You:

We're looking for someone with retail leadership experience and excellent communication skills, able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
