
Temporary Accounts Officer Role

We are seeking an experienced Temporary Accounts Officer to join our team. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Main Responsibilities:
Process supplier invoices, schedule payments, and reconcile statements.
Generate customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
Allocate payments and maintain accurate financial records.
Perform bank reconciliations and prepare basic financial reports in Excel.
Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.
Requirements:
You will need to have proven experience in accounts administration, covering both creditors and debtors. Proficient skills in MYOB and intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, and reporting) are essential. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, along with excellent organisational and communication skills, are also required.
Benefits:
This is a temporary role, working Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week. The hourly rate is $35 plus super. You will work on Burton Rd, Adelaide. If you have the skills and availability to start immediately, we would love to hear from you.
