Executive Sales Director

The Stonebridge organization is seeking an exceptional individual for the role of Executive Sales Director in our thriving sales team. This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise and passion for sales to drive business growth and success.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional who can effectively manage group business, maximize revenue profitability, and deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be able to build and maintain relationships with clients, and demonstrate a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new business through proactive solicitation, networking, and cold-calling
• Improve hotel visibility by conducting outside sales calls, attending trade shows, and market segment related events
• Design and deliver marketing promotions and campaigns using direct mail, social media, ads, etc.
• Maintain an active list of accounts to ensure continuous relationship development
• Develop and execute monthly focused and aggressive action plans
• Communicate with internal business partners on upcoming group needs, VIP clients, meeting functions
• Maintain and secure repeat business through client satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible management experience in Group Sales within a 200+ room full-service hotel
• OR 4-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major and 5 years of experience in Sales within a 200+ room full-service hotel or related professional area
