About This Role
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Clinician to join our Central Community Team in Sunshine. As a full-time clinician, you will have the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary environment that prioritizes collaboration and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based care and interventions to clients experiencing psychiatric conditions.
- Coordinate medical, psychosocial, and legal aspects of care to support recovery.
- Develop and maintain client-centred care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and service providers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of two years' experience in a mental health setting.
- Strong skills in mental state and risk assessments.
- Knowledge of evidence-based mental health care and therapeutic practices.
- Effective communication and empathy when interacting with clients, carers, and team members.
