  • Performing eyebrow shaping, tinting, henna, and lamination with precision and attention to detail.
  • Consulting with clients to understand their desired looks and providing professional recommendations to ensure exceptional results.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment by sanitizing and maintaining all tools and equipment according to safety and health regulations.
  • Staying updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with cutting-edge services and advice.
  • Managing client appointments and maintaining accurate records of services provided.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive client experience through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience as a brow and lash technician or in a similar role.
  • Certification in brow shaping and lash extensions.
  • Knowledge of various brow and lash techniques and products.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
