Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced High Voltage Project Lead to oversee the delivery of this complex infrastructure project. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of electrical power systems, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams, guiding performance and progress through effective coordination and communication.
  • Maintain strict adherence to relevant standards, codes, and legislations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Regularly review and evaluate site-specific procedures to ensure they align with best practices and remain up-to-date.
  • Proactively manage pre-start project setup processes to minimize delays and maximize efficiency.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

  • A formal project management accreditation equivalent to AIPM, PMBOK, Diploma, PMP, or similar.
  • An appropriate technical background with significant experience in large linear projects, preferably in the High Voltage Power industry.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in senior-level project management roles, with a proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent business acumen, including sound financial management and analytical skills.
