
IT Support Specialist

Service Asset Role
This role will play a critical part in providing IT support and delivering high-quality software solutions.
You will be responsible for configuring desktop equipment, applying the Standard Operating Environment (SOE), and maintaining accurate configuration data within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Your key responsibilities include:
- Providing first- and second-level IT support to end users
- Preparing and deploying desktop equipment and software
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and printer-related issues
- Assisting with incident management processes
To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience supporting and troubleshooting PCs in a Windows environment. A strong knowledge of MS Windows family of operating systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access are also essential.
A solid understanding of ITIL practices and SOE deployment and maintenance are crucial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
